Building Healthy Company Culture: 6-8 hour session combines an indoor workshop with outdoor team-building activities. A dynamic program designed to cultivate a healthy and thriving company culture by seamlessly integrating team dynamics and effectiveness.
GOEFX - Enhancing Team Effectiveness: A 3 hour fully gamified team building program designed around the 5 key characteristics of highly effective teams: Clear Goals, Clear Roles, Shared Commitment, Trust, and Collaborative Decision Making. Through engaging activities and insightful post-game processing, participants will develop actionable steps to enhance team performance.
